Is a copy of the identity card and birth certificate is required for registration?
Answer
Copies of identity cards and birth certificates are not required, users only need menyedeiakan MyKAD or MyKID for children aged 12 years and below.
For users of non-Malaysian, please submit your passport when dealing.

Why the reference collection of materials can not be borrowed?
Answer
Collection of reference materials not available in the form of loans as it is more suitable to be used for academic and research purposes.

What is the payment of the fine if the lost book and late?

The fine of lost book is the price of the book, and for users who submit late fines charged at RM0.10 a day for books.

How to know the status of the loan book?

The books status can be found through our Web OPAC.

Can a the loan can be renew through on-line?
Answer
Renewing loans can be made on-line via the link Web OPAC, the extension will be added for two weeks from the date of the return current. Please make sure the connection is made before the expiry of the loan in order to avoid the fines. Renew loans is allowed for only once.

How to log on Web OPAC?

By default, the number MyKAD is as login and password users. Please change the password after the first login.
